Jennie, We apologize for your experience. Paint Protection is a protective coat that is automatically applied to your vehicle when it arrives at our dealership. This protective layer protects the vehicle's paint against fading, blemishing, discoloration, and oxidization, as well as things like acid rain, bird poop, and hard water stains. If these harm the paint even through the protective layer, it is covered under the plan up to at the very least a year. There is also an option to upgrade and get covered for longer than a year and to protect the upholstery and carpet inside of the vehicle.
