I purchased my car, before it arrived on the lot, in July 2021. I signed over my trade and brought a check for the total agreed amount and met with Alex in finance. He explained I must purchase a "paint protection plan" although the car had not been delivered to the dealership. I have tried to schedule with service for the paint protection plan and no one knows anything about it. I have spoken to Kimberly Rainy (Customer rep) and she doesn't know any one who has taken a claim on the plan. Everyone I have spoken to doesn't know who services the plan. They put someone else's vehicle on my maintenance record, under my VIN number, and keep telling me it is Toyota that has to remove it. I have spoken to Hailey, Zach, John, all were supposed to call me back, they never did. Kim Rainey was supposed to call me back on 03/14/22, I finally reached her today and she blamed Toyota again and explained she would call me back in an hour, still nothing. I have reached out to Toyota three times and they have referred me back to dealer. I wish I had never purchased from them. I plan to file a complaint with better business bureau. More

Just the fact that he immediately says that without knowing who the person calling was was so disrespectful and we didn’t even know we didn’t get approved. But he can tell a stranger that? Never working with craig ever again. He tried guilt tripping me multiple times bringing up sickness and personal issues. More

A prescheduled oil change, that I arrived early to my appointment for, took them two hours to even look at my car and three hours in total. No mention at all that they were busy or had less people workin appointment for, took them two hours to even look at my car and three hours in total. Buyer Beware if you buy a vehicle from these guys you will have to use the service department at some point I took my truck in for a recall and asked for the tire sensors to get looked at and was told a will have to use the service department at some point I took my truck in for a recall and asked for the tire sensors to get looked at and was told a price and an alignment price i get a text stating the tire sensor price doubled I asked why and was told about labor charges programing charges so the upfront guys don't know what they are talking about when it comes to pricing they were off by not a little but over 200.00 dollars so I told them no and he became very short with me charged me 70.00 for a inspection when it has a free multi point inspection, when I showed up for the truck and could finally get someones attention the service guy came over took my card never said a word other than pointing to the door Your Truck Is Out There Not a have a good day Thanks for Coming in, Nothing Hope this this helps someone looking to do business with this dealership More
