I've been fighting with BF Goodrich for months trying to get them to warranty some tire defects that came with my tires, ultimately creating a hazard. They stepped up and knocked it out of the park. Discount Tire wanted $1800 for four Mickey Thompson tires, Toyota got me the exact same tires, mounted, balanced and even an alignment for $1450. I've been going to them since I bought my vehicle, and will continue to visit them. The whole team is fantastic.
