In my entire conversion with Vaughn, I was made to feel important, cared for with absolutely no feeling of being pressured in any way. My experience even improved when I met Vaughn Thomas at the Dealership to further discuss my needs & purchase in person. I found at no surprise, Mr. Thomas had a very professional appearance to compliment his outstanding customer care/service & Vehicle Sales knowledge. Two weeks later I went back and requested the same gentleman that I originally had spoken with (Eli Bice). He was honest and treated me and my daughter very well. I left for family obligations & returned late that night to purchase my car! I am pleased with the car I chose AND I'm very happy with the customer service we received while we were there AS WELL AS follow up once we purchased the car. They helped meet my needs and got me into a car that I absolutely love which was the Rav4 2013. I've gone to them for all of my service needs and they do a great job every time and their waiting room is very inviting. I'm determined to use their gym one of these days. I trust these guys with my car and their customer service is friendly and they do great work. I agreed to upgrade to the Rav4 2014 because I loved my Rav4 2013 and they were helpful and considerate of what I needed. The process was easy and straightforward. I will continue to use Toyota Bountiful for all my future services and car purchases and I recommend it to anyone and everyone who is seeking a new car or just considering a change in vehicles. Toyota Bountiful is definitely the place to go! Tony and Weston are great guys and their service was above what I would hope for when buying from a dealership. More

First Car Purchase I recently graduated college and was looking for a car to take me to and through graduate school. I searched local listings and even visited a few dealerships to "window shop" and find what was available on the market. I came across Toyota Bountiful, and found the car I recently Leased from them. I personally worked with JR Whittier, he was awesome. He was very informative and had answers to my questions, when he didn't know he told me so, and found someone that did have the answers. The whole process went smoothly and I am very pleased with the outcome I had, the customer service was great. I am sure I will highly consider doing business with Toyota Bountiful again if I am in the area next time I am looking for a new car. More

I was in a very bad way needing a vehicle as my son and I were sharing my truck and living in different counties in Utah. It had become a nightmare. I walked into the dealership after 6pm on a Friday evening and was approved for financing within an hour. I was astonished.
