Today I got a call from Tony Gates who is a salesman from Toyota Bountiful (they have my number because I purchased my car there and I had some servic Today I got a call from Tony Gates who is a salesman from Toyota Bountiful (they have my number because I purchased my car there and I had some services/repairs done there regularly). The salesman asked me if I could help him. He told me a long story about a lady who wrecked her car and wanted to purchase a car like mine (which was a used Toyota Corolla) because her credit doesn’t qualify for a brand new Corolla. The Salesman told me that they didn’t have any used Corollas in stock and wanted to purchase mine. I told him that I needed my car to drive to work and he told me that he would sell me another car. I told him that I would meet him at the store because I wanted to help him out and maybe upgrade my vehicle. After I hung up the phone. I got on the Toyota Bountiful website to look at a vehicle that I may be interested in purchasing. To my SURPRISE I saw there were 8 (eight) Corollas for sale at the Bountiful store. At that point, I knew that the salesman’s story wasn’t true. They did not need to purchase my Corolla when they already have eight used Corollas in stock. The sale’s man just wanted to sell me a car. (I didn’t mind that he was trying to sell me a car, but I did mind that he lied to me) So I called the salesman back and left a message on his phone and told him that he was dishonest and would not be going to meet with him. I have always enjoyed the customer service at Toyota Bountiful in the past but after today I am not going back and when opportunities arise I am going to tell as many people as I can about my experience. Just be mindful when dealing with Toyota Bountiful. Do not deal with TONY GATES. More

Great service Jerrid Cook was fantastic to work with. We spoke on the phone when I called the dealership to inquire about a used vehicle I found on their website. Good Experience I called about a used Mazda and Mike was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole sale. Afterwards we found out the wheel bearing was bad, Mike I called about a used Mazda and Mike was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole sale. Afterwards we found out the wheel bearing was bad, Mike was very understanding about us being upset and did everything he could to help resolve our problem since the vehicle had no warranty . They replaced the wheel bearing for free which we were very happy about. Overall I'm very happy with the service I received from Toyota Bountiful and Mike, I highly recommend them. More
