Will hold you hostage. I went in after I received a flyer about a great lease deal on a 2014 corolla. The price wasn't exactly as advertises...surprise surprise with a deale I went in after I received a flyer about a great lease deal on a 2014 corolla. The price wasn't exactly as advertises...surprise surprise with a dealer right? But that wasn't the frustrating part since I expected that. But I brought my car in to trade it in as part of the deal and they asked for the keys so they could inspect while we talked about price and what not. But when they couldn't meet the price I wanted I asked them FOUR different times to just give me my keys so I could leave and it wasn't until I got very upset with Internet Sales Manager that they finally gave them to me. I felt trapped for 30-45 minutes as they belittled me, and treated me as if I didn't understand the process when I clearly did. If it wasn't for the great trade in price that they gave me for my car I would never have gone back. Oh and lets not forget to mention that my old car I traded in on their website is full of misinformation but that is not my problem now. Also when I came in to pick the car up they had all my information and everything ready to go but it still took almost 4 hours for them process all the paperwork. I am a full time employee and full time student I didn't have that time for all of that. Plus they told me it would 166 a month but in the end it was 168 a month which isn't a big deal but it was still incorrect information all the way up until the very end. I am still waiting to find out what other misinformation they gave me just so they could get the sale done. More

When it came to financing, I totally got screwed and feel like the finance person, and others, were laughing so hard as I drove off the lot. As stated on your website I was under the impression that I had a 3 yr factory warranty and two years of complete maintenance, Direct quote" "Peace of mind with every new Toyota. Toyota is devoted to safety and dependability, and proper vehicle maintenance is important to both. That's why we include a no cost maintenance plan1and roadside assistance with the purchase or lease of every new Toyota. For two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first, you and your new Toyota will be covered." Come to find out that included in my loan is a service agreement for this that cost me $2,500 for the same as the factory warrant that is only good for the first four years, three of which should be free. I also check and saw that these agreements are supposed to be for years after the expiration of the three year warranty, Also checked and found out that these typically only cost between $650 and $1300. I got charged twice this amount for the time that is already covered. There was also an agreement that for the maintenance. I full understood that this was to be provided for two years with the purchase price. Instead I have a $600 charge for four years. This indicates that I would be paying $600 for 4 to 6 oil changes. Paid an additional $800 for GAP insurance that I repeatedly stated that I did not want. I was told that all the agreements had to be digitally signed and that is why I could not see the actual paperwork before I signed the agreements. Come to find out that almost all the signatures location include a specific clause that says I have seen the paperwork and agreement. Stupid stupid me for trusting the finiance guy for one second. The actual interest rate was also never told to me even though I repeatedly asked what it was. The guys were very smooth and convincing. I was just told that it is very low and I will be happy. turns out I could have received a lower interest rate from at least three local Credit unions. I know most all this was my fault because I did not make them provide me the actual details and that I just trusted the person I was dealing with. Just proves that no matter what the impression is from your personnel, that nothing can be trusted. I really feel sorry for Mike regarding this review. Mike was excellent and I appreciated the things he did in helping me find a car at the right price to meet my needs. More

Salesman review and critque I contacted our car insurance, USAA in San Antonio, TX, for assistance with new car pricing. They sent to me four options and four different dealers. I contacted our car insurance, USAA in San Antonio, TX, for assistance with new car pricing. They sent to me four options and four different dealers. Since my wife and I live in Utah County, 60 miles to the south of Bountiful Toyota, I was going to contact one of the USAA recommendations that is closer to us. However, before I could follow up with any of the recommendations from USAA, I received a telephone call from Mike Arcaris; and since he was the first to contact me, I chose to follow up with him at Bountiful Toyota, although 60 miles from our home. By the way, when I returned home I had voice mails from the other dealers, but not nearly as positive nor as cordial as Mike's initial contact was with me. Mike was absolutely the top of the line in sales people who has ever helped me -- quickly, professional, knowledgeable (he knows his stuff), extremely thorough, and I knew that he was excited to help me find the car we were looking for -- a Toyota Avalon Limited. He bent over backwards to find the right car. Since Bountiful Toyota did not have the right color (CREME BRULEE MICA, with ALMOND interior) on their lot, he found one in Idaho and had it on the lot that very afternoon. I received a call then letting us know the car was in. We scheduled a pickup time the next day; and when we arrived, the car was ready. Having had such a good experience with Bountiful Toyota, I will recommend Bountiful Toyota to other people, especially Mike Arcaris. Please send us more sales people like him who know their stuff and so willing to help us as the customer. Not only was he thorough and knew his stuff, I could tell he was excited to sell us another Avalon. We have been driving a 2004 Avalon XLS for 10 years; and now with over 160,000 miles we felt we needed an upgrade. However, we are still keeping our 2004 as a second car because the Avalon is so reliable. Not only is the car reliable, but I can trust Mike as reliable, well-liked person. REMEMBER: Send us more sales people like him -- he is top flight and in the Air Force we would say, "Top Gun."!! Scott Roper was also helpful in a similar manner.
