Glad to work with Toyota of Bountiful (day and night) We purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid on Friday, 07/18/14 - and started the long process of looking, talking, test-driving, pricing, bargaining, and We purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid on Friday, 07/18/14 - and started the long process of looking, talking, test-driving, pricing, bargaining, and finally purchasing at 7:30 or so. The dealership "closes" at 9:00, but our sales person JR, the new car sales manager and the finance person stayed and took care of us "for as long as it took" which ended up being a few minutes shy of midnight. That's dedication! JR was very accommodating and worked with the others at Toyota of Bountiful to ensure that our pricing and the car we chose was amenable to our pocketbook. Weston (Finance) went through the myriad of paperwork necessary with a new car sale with professionalism and clear language, especially given the time of day (or night)! Weston also worked with us so that we obtained the additional vehicle coverage at a price point that was affordable for our budget and will give us the peace of mind moving forward. Purchasing a new car is stressful at best, and the individuals we worked with ensured that the process was professional, clear, helpful and almost pleasant. I'm a "lifer" at Toyota of Bountiful! I bought a car and the very next month the car broke down. The warranty did not cover the repair. We have had the car six months and the car just stopped. We tried to trade the car but conveniently there was nothing that they would trade. They told me my car was not worth very much and that I should get it fixed and then they might be able to trade it. So a week and a half later I have talked to seven different people who made promises of getting rentals and calling me back. I never received a call back or a rental. I was sold a bad product, any other business would take it back and give a refund. Because it is a car I am SOL. Not there problem More

We test drove a few new vehicles on the lot and when we knew they weren't right for us, Vaughn and Jeff were okay with that and continued to work with us to find the right vehicle.
