Out of Towners Got Great Treatment We live in Kansas but were visiting in Utah. Since we didn't know our way around, it was extremely frustrating to have our brand new Highlander GPS s We live in Kansas but were visiting in Utah. Since we didn't know our way around, it was extremely frustrating to have our brand new Highlander GPS system not working...or so we thought. We drove into Toyota Bountiful and they immediately made us welcome and sent for John (even though we had no appointment). He knew what the problem was...our lack of knowledge...and gave us a wonderful tutorial on how to operate our GPS (making sure that we were stopped and not moving when we tried to enter info) and patiently answered all of our questions. We left feeling much better about our new car and definitely more educated on how to use our GPS. John didn't make us feel stupid or unknowledgeable at all and his friendliness put us at ease. I wish we had a John Pollett here in Kansas! Thank you, John! More

Once our decision was made in the morning due to previous other appointments, they held our truck on a handshake till we could return in the late afternoon to finalize the transaction. The next day, Ian was there to make sure the truck got first service to add on the options we needed. A beautiful facility and a pleasant atmosphere made this purchase of a vehicle the best we've ever had.
