Amazing experience and amazing staff!!! Knowing my 16 year old Corolla's (256k miles and not well maintained) days were numbered, I decided to look for a new car. I honestly thought Bountiful Toyota had no shot at winning my business as I was pretty decided on a different car brand at a different dealership and didn't feel they (Toyota) could keep me within budget. The only doubt I had about the other brand was whether it could compete with Toyota on reliability. I was very direct with my Salesman Mark and later, his Sales manager Josh about my concerns. The first thing Josh said to me is that he wanted to keep me in the Toyota Family. I thought I'd be limited to a Corolla (awesome car) due to price. I was wrong all the way around. Mark and Josh addressed all my concerns and were able to get my family and I into a Camry SE within budget. I was amazed at their ability to work with me and get me into a car at a very competitive price but at an amazing value because of Toyota reliability! Not one time was I pressured into purchasing a vehicle while there. When it came time to meet with the Finance Manager Weston, which is usually one of the most dreadful times of the purchase process, something more amazing happened. It was easy and without stress instead of being dreadful. Somehow, Weston was able to make it a terrific experience and provide us a greater value on our purchase. I was honestly in awe as I left the dealership and will say that my wife's jaw dropped more than once during the purchase process. The whole experience felt more about us than the sale of a car and Josh proved he really wanted to keep us in the family! I don't think there's any other dealer in the world that could have provided such an outstanding experience! More

Today there is the same vehicle ( 2013 grand caravan c I had a good experience, Craig was very nice and very helpful. The deal was OK but not great. Today there is the same vehicle ( 2013 grand caravan crew) on KSL for $3000.00 less I was lead to believe the vehicle was equipped with uconnect (one of the two main reasons for me to buy it) but it fact it does not, I am disappointed. Scott Roper in Finance is great to work with when it comes time to sign papers. He really goes through them with you so you know exactly what you are signing and leaves no questions un-answered. This is what I love about Toyota Bountiful- they don't put the pressure on you like others. More

My sales person Robert Messer has been fabulous, he has kept me posted on every aspect from beginning to end. He is helping me with some other used car options also because he was already helping me with my new Prius. He did not bug me all the time, but sent me email updates as the 2015 cars moved forward since we were not able to find what I wanted in a 2014. The gentlemen that helped me along with Robert (forgot his name) was also fabulous in showing me the car and how it works. Over all I had a great experience. More

Brandon Marshall went to bat for us on the numbers and got us a great deal on our used Tacoma. I didn't think we could afford that much car, but he got it into our budget range and made it possible for us to own our new dream truck. Signing the papers, reviewing the documents, is usually my least favorite part of the process, but Aaron Nall was great to work with. He is friendly, energetic, entertaining and explained all the legal documents with clarity and ease. I would ask for him again personally. Overall - Fantastic experience. Brad and David More
My car buying experience I'm not one who buys new cars mainly because of the high pressure put on me by salesman. I understand its there job to sell cars but if i am ready to I'm not one who buys new cars mainly because of the high pressure put on me by salesman. I understand its there job to sell cars but if i am ready to buy i will buy art my own time and pace. However i did not have this experience at Toyota Bountiful. I did however experience kind and courteous individuals, which in turn led me to purchasing the first new car in my life. Not only are the sales people courteous but so are customer service and parts and service. I enjoy working with all of them. Even though i still think the price of cars are way to high I am glad i purchased at this location. More
SCAM ALERT! fake reviews These guys are so full of it! We did a Internet search and got a response. They said they will beat any dealer in the valley by $500 on a Sienna, Whi These guys are so full of it! We did a Internet search and got a response. They said they will beat any dealer in the valley by $500 on a Sienna, Which is true BUT what they failed to mention is that you MUST sign up with their financing of 5.99% instead of the 0% from Toyota which I qualified for. They kept saying "just refinance it in 6 months" what a bunch of crooks. I ended up buying from an honest dealer in Salt Lake. A co-worker told me that bountiful toyota did the same to him and now he's stuck with a awful rate. I'm contacting the state to inform them about these practices. BUYER BEWARE Plus you can tell all these 5.0 reviews are fake and probably written by their families. They all look identical. More
Not your typical Dealer I had shopped several dealerships before going to Bountiful Toyota. At the "other" dealerships, I found the Sales People and their managers all too "typical." I can tell when they are just out to "make another sale" or if they care...really care. Keyston was informative and helpful and promised me he would take good care of me. It turns out he was right. My wife and I went to the dealership expecting a 4-5 hour "ordeal." About 2 hours after meeting this fine young man, we drove home in our Toyota Camry. It was a pleasure doing business with Keyston and the Finance Manager Cameron. I will buy all my future cars from Keyston and have recommended Toyota of Bountiful to my friends and relatives. Great job to all involved. Keyston is successful because he really cares about his customers. He has a bright future in the Auto Business, and they should make him a Trainer of other sales people. He's just a 'natural' with a good heart. 5 stars to Keyston and Bountiful Toyota. More
