Cool place and cool experience. Never felt pressured like I said they just made it happen and we went home with our new AMG. Salesperson Gene Hilston was great to work with and easy to talk to. They gave us a great trade in value on a car sight unseen as we could not get both trades there on same day. If you are looking for fun cars and easy to work with people you need to at least make a visit to the Toy Barn.We will be back! More

I work in sales for the corporate auto industry , so I'm very familiar with many of the tricks used today by less-than-reputable dealers. I never came across any of that in my dealings with Chris or the ToyBarn. The price for the vehicle was fair given the available comparables. They were also kind enough to pick me up from the airport seeing as I was an out-of-state buyer. I was taken care of overall. The only thing I can think of that could be improved was a couple of very minor issues with the car. One being a missing clip in the rear seat, and another a rear sunshade that would not retract. Ideally, purchasing a new (to me) car should not involve any additional work on the part of the customer. Having this taken care of ahead of time would have been fantastic. But, again, I was happy overall with my experience. More

At no point did I feel pressured to buy, and in fact, after test driving the vehicle I had my sights set on, I told Gene that I was not prepared to buy at that time, and that I would have to go home, talk to my wife, and think about things a bit. Unlike other dealerships and sales managers I have dealt with in the past, Gene did not call me repeatedly to check with me, but gave me space to reflect on what I was ready and able to do. It was a full week before I returned with my wife to show her the vehicle. Without hesitation, Gene gladly let us test drive the car once again, answered all of our questions, and was very upfront about the shortcomings of the vehicle (it was and is a used BMW 525i, a 2001 model) which frankly were and are very minor considering the age of the car and the mileage (110,000). There was a chip in the windshield which Gene noticed during the test drive, and without me saying a thing, he pointed it out and said that they would have their windshield people call me and fix it at their cost. I purchased the car on a Saturday afternoon, and by Monday morning, I had a call from the windshield folks to schedule a time when they could come to me at my work or home to take care of it. Additionally, and what I really appreciate, is that this dealership deals in high end vehicles, many of which are in the 40's, 50's and 60's in thousands of dollars. My purchase was $9400 out the door including a 3yr 45,000 mile complete warranty on the powertrain. What I am saying is that I was treated with the same care and respect that a person purchasing a much more expensive and profitable vehicle for them, would receive. The finance person, Adrian Crabtree was just as helpful and kind, and gave us a great deal on the additional warranty, which is no small thing when one purchases a thirteen year old vehicle, regardless of the quality of the car. Justin Hinderer, the owner even came by to greet us and spent time telling us of the history of the vehicle which they had been owned by a friend of his and repeat customer. Many thanks to Gene, Adrian, and Justin! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! More

Excellent Service and Excellent Vehicles When i went to the Toy Barn to buy my first car i was a little worried i wouldn't be taken serious coming to a dealership that focuses on high end veh When i went to the Toy Barn to buy my first car i was a little worried i wouldn't be taken serious coming to a dealership that focuses on high end vehicles at such a young age (22). This was not the case what so ever. Dick instantly found me looking around on the main floor at the Lambos and Audi R8 and assisted me. We talked over the vehicle i was interested in, went over all of the cars features (in which he was very knowledgeable) and then took me out for a test drive. I loved the car and went on to buy it. Dick was fantastic at guiding me through the whole process and was always there if i needed him. He even worked out a couple deals for me to touch up minor imperfections on the vehicle free of charge. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and the service i received at the Toy Barn in Dublin and from Dick Pryor!! I would highly recommend this place if you are interested in getting an awesome vehicle with awesome service! More

Not only was he very knowledgeable about used Ferraris but he was knowledgeable about this particular car. He knew who owned and when it was sold previously and set my mind at ease that this wasnt an abused vehicle. The car just had a full engine out service, new tires, detailed and was ready to roll... Dick told me 3 things: - This car is ready to drive - HE WAS RIGHT, this thing drives like new - Insurance will be cheap - HE WAS RIGHT, $800.00 per year - You will get alot of attention - HE WAS RIGHT, as soon as i pulled out of the parking lot all my hair grew back! When Dick stood there and handed me the keys to my own ferrari he could tell by the look on my face that one of my life long dreams just came true on front of his eyes! A true pro, he was persistent about making my dream a reality but applied no pressure! Class act! Matt was very considerate and reasonable to work with considering my "special" concerns about the condition of my new Porsche both cosmetically and mechanically. He certainly worked to satisfy my concerns and put me at ease about the purchase. I ultimately I received my a great example at a great value without any disappointments that seem some common today. My car was delivered by the Toy Barn's own associate, (Mark) and he was extremely careful unloading my car. Many times you only hear the negative, so I felt compelled to share my positive experience.
