We had seen the car online and the price was so good we had to check it out in person. I am now the very proud happy owner of it and I have never had a more amazing car buying experience. Chris is laid back and attentive all at the same time. He connected with us on a personal level, identified our needs, and within a blink of an eye we were driving home with the car. The process was smooth as silk. Chris is very knowledgeable about what makes the car unique. During our test drive he pointed out the many different features that make driving an S class an exquisite adventure. Chris is very customer focused and we appreciated his expertise. During the process we had received the carfax but still had a question about the maintenance history. Another gentleman brought out the most detailed service history we had ever seen. Plus he was available to answer any and all questions that we had. We normally have our own technician check out any car purchase we make but we were so impressed with The Toy Barn process that we did not feel the need. We chose to finance this purchase and we've never had an easier process. Financing was a snap and again I must say that the financing manager answered every question we had. We moved through the process quickly but he made sure that we were well informed of all of our options. There are some really neat add-on options available for the car. We selected the polysteel process. The process provides a clear coat type of coverage for the outside of the vehicle AND a protective covering for the interior to protect it from stains, sun, etc. Everyone in the building was personable and professional. We learned about the history of the car. We were introduced to the service technician. He was so friendly! I am actually looking forward to taking it in for regular service. This car turns heads because everywhere we stopped last night people asked us about the car. And...The Toy Barn has great brand recognition. I am going to wait the full 30 days before I put on my license plates because I love having The Toy Barn logo displayed in the front license plate holder. That name is synonymous with Luxurious Quality. We highly recommend you go to The Toy Barn. The selection is wonderful. It is worth the investment plus you cannot ask for better scenery! I am still in love with two sporty custom build hot rods in the ground level show room. I know that this is the beginning of a very long friendship with Chris because one of these days I'm going to be shopping on that lower level. Va-va-vroom!! More
