Care and Concern Once our sales person, Mr. Patrick "Ferrari" Young, learned that we were looking for an older model used car to be mainly driven by our 16-year old da Once our sales person, Mr. Patrick "Ferrari" Young, learned that we were looking for an older model used car to be mainly driven by our 16-year old daughter, his main concern turned to "safety". He genuinely wanted our daughter (especially considering the fact that she is a new/beginning driver) to be in a well-engineered, reliable, and "safe" car. He told us that a person might be trading-in their 1998 Mercedes-Benz E-Class 4-dr. sedan in the next couple of days, and that that vehicle, even considering it's older Model age, would be as about as safe as any vehicle on the road. Well, the next day, as he promised, if the person did bring in their 1998 MB E-Class (or any other similar quality/safe vehicles came into the Toy Barn), he called us to let us know the E-Class was available for us to checkout/test drive. With just minimal, and fair, negotiation regarding the final purchase price, etc., Patrick sold us the perfect car for our new-driving daughter. And proving that his "care and concern" for our daughter's driving safety was genuine, after he learned from the Toy Barn's Service Department that our new, used car needed some brake work, Patrick had them put new brake pads on the front, and, back discs; And at no charge to us! This was possibly the Best overall car-buying experience we've ever had. "Thank You" to Patrick and to the Toy Barn! More
