Things don't always go as planned... My purchasing experience with The Toy Barn and all of the staff that helped behind the scenes was probably the best car buying experience that I have My purchasing experience with The Toy Barn and all of the staff that helped behind the scenes was probably the best car buying experience that I have had. And that is saying something since I have owned about 90 vehicles over the years. Erick is a straight up guy and we came to a deal in a very short time after the homework was done. I was trading two very, very nice cars for one that I consider my holy grail. I am a corvette guy !! Once the deal was done, the delivery and pick up process was expedited by Erick and he had two very nice cars and I had my Holy Grail. Now to get the car registered in my home state..... not so fast. The registry wanted me to pay the full sales tax, then they said the documentation was not correct, then, and then, you get the idea. After a couple of calls to The Toy Barn staff, they bent over backwards to assist with the documentation that was required and expedited it to me so that I could complete the registration process. Not so fast, they wanted still more documentation. One more call to The Toy Barn staff and more documentation was generated. As the title says, " things don't always go as planned". The sale is always very important, but what truly defines a company is how they support you after the sale. The Toy Barn staff have been schooled in how to treat the customer, before, during and after the sale !! I truly appreciate how they conduct their business. More

We spent time with several members of the staff -all were extremely helpful in answering questions and making us feel right at home. Super Buying Experience We shopped around at several dealerships and the Toy Barn happened to have a couple of BMW models I was interested in. Gene showed us one car, but th We shopped around at several dealerships and the Toy Barn happened to have a couple of BMW models I was interested in. Gene showed us one car, but the other was out on a loaner to another customer. Before we left Justin came over to chat (super friendly) and answer any questions we had about the cars. I came back in few days and test drove both cars again, and decided to buy one. I was short on time; had to pick up my son from school. Gene helped me move my personal items from my trade in to the new car and even helped with a unruly stroller and car seat installation. He obviously didn't have to do that at all. Super nice! Then, he sent me any email after a day or so checking in to make sure all was going well with the car, and offered to help be set up any of the personal settings features (phone, music, etc.) When I dropped off the spare key to my trade in, I took advantage of his offer and got everything set up. I would undoubtedly purchase a car from Toy Barn again! More

The Toy Barn made my 1st time buyer's experience wonderful! I had no idea what type of vehicle I was looking for other than a wanting a crossover/SUV. Gene Hilston was very helpful in comparing models with my mom and me and figuring out which model fit my lifestyle and budget. Gene was welcoming, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He addressed both my mom and me the whole time, which I really liked. I test drove the Audi Q5 first, and ultimately chose it in the end! I had some reservations about not looking around enough because the car did not have a few features I was looking for. Gene and Justin Hinderer encouraged me to leave the lot and test drive a car I had been comparing with the Audi. I went to MAG and the experience was just completely different. The salesman was not personable and didn't seem interested in anything but pushing the car at me. Needless to say I returned to The Toy Barn an hour later and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Gene knew I was looking for a car with a back-up camera, so he included it in the purchase! I traded in my scion based on description alone and dropped the car off 2 days later. The whole transaction was flawless and I can't wait to have my back-up camera installed in a few weeks. Gene and Justin had a huge impact on my decision to go with the Audi Q5 and I love it! I will definitely be going back to The Toy Barn for my future purchases based on the customer service alone. I was steering toward a C63 AMG but Chris managed to convince me and my father to go for the A5 to better prepare for the upcoming winter. I was a little underwhelmed by the engine of the A5 and Justin Hinderer personally pulled me aside and told me of some great tuning opportunities with the car. He said that Toy Barn could do an ecu flash and a turbo upgrade. We purchased the car and got a bumper to bumper warranty. Chris and the staff were nice enough to stay a little after closing in order to help us finish the paperwork. More
