Fantastic experience I had reservations about getting a family car at the Toy Barn as I always saw the rare foreign cars in the window when I drove by, but they had the pe I had reservations about getting a family car at the Toy Barn as I always saw the rare foreign cars in the window when I drove by, but they had the perfect car at a price less than the Kelly Blue Book value. They didn't push at all and actually recommended the less expensive car that would work best for my family. They were extremely professional and I would have no problem buying another vehicle there and would recommend it to family and friends. Chris knew his product and made sure to inform us of all of the benefits of shopping with the Toy Barn. Everything was great from the time we shook hands to the time we left with our new car. We will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and a great experience while doing so. I have a hard time believing we will purchase a vehicle anywhere else from now on. During this process Chris was extremely helpful and professional. Given I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle without ever physically seeing or driving it, Chris provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions on condition, service records, etc. Not only did he personally review the condition for me over the phone, subsequent to the purchase, Chris found that the convertible motor was malfunctioning and made sure it was replaced prior to delivery.
