He made me feel important regardless of my budget. He was able to answer my questions and I never once did felt pressured to buy. The entire experience was great. We were focused on luxury SUV's, and Toy Barn did not disappoint. They are stocked with an impressive high-end inventory. I called in to setup a test drive, and when we arrived everything was ready to go, as promised. We worked with sales manager Mike Kirkham, who was fantastic. He respected our time, and helped us get to a fair deal quickly without the typical, lengthy back and forth haggling. If you can describe a car-buying experience as "enjoyable", this was it. We were also greeted by manager Justin, who was wonderful as well. Great, low pressure experience that made good use of our and their time. You can tell these guys are passionate about what they do and about helping you finding something that will fit your needs, while still giving you a little of that passion for driving as well. Great experience with Matt Harbold I was in the market for a specific vehicle and after looking online extensively I decided to give the Toy Barn a try (first time customer). I contacte I was in the market for a specific vehicle and after looking online extensively I decided to give the Toy Barn a try (first time customer). I contacted them and initially dealt with a salesman named Gene. Gene told me how they would go to auctions each week and he would be on the lookout for the car I wanted and kept me up to date on their search efforts. Matt Harbold took over as my salesman and contacted me when they found the car I wanted. Because I had specific options and color combos, it was tough to find the car I wanted, but they found it. As Justin, the owner, described it "We found you a unicorn." Once it came time to test driving and working out a deal on the purchase, trade-in and financing, things couldn't have gone smoother. Matt and the entire staff was great to deal with and the whole process was very quick. I think I was out the door within an hour - which is by far the quickest I've ever experienced purchasing a car. I will be a return customer for sure! More
