Sincere customer care was abundant as demonstrated by the emails and subsequent phone calls to ensure any and all questions of mine were answered. Offers and acceptance of the transaction were made via email and I drove over the next day to pick up the car. The car was ready, detailed and (to my surprise) had a full tank of gas. I was overwhelmed by the friendly and professional staff on site. In a minimal amount of time, the papers were signed and I was back on the road with the new car. I must also say that although I reluctantly said good-bye to my beloved Corvette, the Shelby GT500 is simply "freaking awesome"! Thanks again to the staff at the Toy Barn. More

They take a very casual, no-pressure approach, which is refreshing. I was able to ask a number of questions and the team addressed all my issues and concerns with detailed responses. I truly felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Having access to the owner was a bonus. Justin was very welcoming and treated me with the upmost respect. Made me feel like the number one client at the dealership. Chris and Justin now have a customer for life. I have yet to meet the service team in person however, they have been very responsive and accommodating thus far. Larry and team have arranged for a loaner vehicle and were very willing to check out a few concerns with the vehicle. First class organization and as I mentioned, best car buying experience around! Justin Hinderer was able to give me more details about the vehicle I was interested in than I was even able to find online, at that point I felt confidence that the vehicle I selected was right for me. It is obvious that this is an organizational theme, my salesperson, Chris Scott, showed me the utmost professionalism and respect throughout the process.
