We went to other dealers and left because of the way they operate their business. We were very happy as soon as we walked into Toy Barn. We were only a few feet in the door when we were greeted with a smile and handshake. While working with Chris, even the general manager, Justin Hinderer came over to talk with us. This is a very personable dealership. Chris Hunt was great working with us to get to the price we needed to be at. Quick and easy Just as the title describes it, the experience was quick and easy. Worked with Matt over email and he was always quick to respond to all the questions Just as the title describes it, the experience was quick and easy. Worked with Matt over email and he was always quick to respond to all the questions that I had. After working with him over email, I was confident that when I made the 6 hour drive up to see the car, I wouldn't be disappointed. Both Matt and Adrian were friendly and made sure to work with me to make sure that we could make a deal that was satisfactory for both parties. The viper was in great condition and I have put about 800 miles on it since I bought it without any issues whatsoever. If you are in the market for any of the great cars they sell, I highly recommend going to the Toy Barn first. More

Great Dealership/Inventory...Even Better Customer Experience I have been a fan of the Toy Barn for years from afar (living 3 hours away, mostly website visits and a couple trips to Columbus). I contacted Chris a I have been a fan of the Toy Barn for years from afar (living 3 hours away, mostly website visits and a couple trips to Columbus). I contacted Chris a couple of months ago about a couple cars that I found on the Toy Barn site and come to find out that Chris grew up near where I am from and we instantly hit it off! Now a couple months forward, I make another call to Chris and let him know that I will be coming up to Columbus and to drive a couple of cars that I was interested in. Upon arrival, Chris felt like an old friend (first time officially meeting). He was very knowledgeable about EVERY car that I asked him about(which means a lot to a car guy), and there were several, he was super accommodating and after several hours, I drive away from the Toy Barn happy and with a new car!! Chris and the staff at Toy Barn made this experience easy and painless (not often said about a car dealership) and more importantly , the Toy Barn (and Chris) has a definite return customer!! Fun day at The Toy Barn. Awesome cars and no pressure. I would highly recommend The Toy Barn and Matt Harbold. Matt was easy to talk to and patient. He guided me to a couple BMW's for me to try out. One was too big and one was too small and the next was just right. I found my dream car in one day. Matt was able to listen to my likes and dislikes and point me in the right direction. They had my car and the deal went smoothly I was shopping online for about two months for a Mazda MX 5 Miata. As I shopped I narrowed down the model and color I wanted and at a dealership that I was shopping online for about two months for a Mazda MX 5 Miata. As I shopped I narrowed down the model and color I wanted and at a dealership that I considered a reasonable distance from my hometown of Erie, Pa. I did not really wanted to ship a car, buying it unseen, and Columbus, Ohio was that reasonable distance. The Toy Barn in Dublin had the car I wanted, a beautiful 2013 Black Grand Touring, Low mileage, hardtop fully loaded. A beautiful car that fit my search and my budget. My salesman, Chris Scott was professional and personal. Calls and text's were returned promptly and the car was prepped and ready when I arrived. I closed up the deal and drove my car home. There was no pressure from my salesman as he just worked to help me nail down the car that I treated myself to for my newly retired status. More

As advertised, Fair pricing I look through Toy Barns website often and spotted a pristine 1990 Chevy Pickup. Mike Kirkham answered all of my questions.
