As expected, I was allowed to conduct a walk around, test drive and ask all the questions I needed to pull the trigger on a decision. All items were as advertised. Within the hour I was contacted by their sales manager, Conor Maguire. From the get go, Conor was very professional, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. The service department took time out of their busy schedule to align the truck and even replaced some worn out hood struts without being asked. Mike Kirkham and Adrian Crabtree are first class sales staff. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and very forthcoming about the different vehicles offered, and he never made me feel pressured into buying anything. Adrian explained the purchase options available to me in great detail. This in turn helped me decide the best purchase option for me, and needless to say, Adrian was very understanding of my needs. I met some of the other team members there as well, Shawn Cunix, Justin Hinderer, Greg McDevitt, Chris Hunt, and Coner Maguire. They were all very professional and extremely friendly before, during, and after my purchase. The staff seemed to take a personal interest in me and my teenaged son, which went a long way with me.
