I have been watching the market for 6 months not satisfying my quest. My Son Kyle recently bought a BMW X5 from Toybarn an had a great experience, an suggested that I take a look at there on line inventory, I’m from Cleveland, but he told me it would be worth the time and trip. I looked on line, an saw what a great reputation and inventory they had. Contacted one of there team members, Matt, who was most knowledgeable of his cars and on the BMW of interest, even other BMW dealers I have had contact with, could not match Matts knowledge. His non push attitude made me very comfortable and pleased with his professional stance and representation of his Cars, Company and most important, ME. For I have not purchased a car in 18 years, and here I’am starting the purchase process by phone with Matt and have not even touched the car yet. Matt took time describing every detail of the car with me until I was satisfied with all my questions. I’m a very analytical kind of guy, sorry Matt. But thank you for making this all possible. Went down to Columbus the following day to meet up with this wonderful young man an the car.
