I wasn't having a great day being a younger buyer looking for a sports car, most dealers seemed to give me the run around when I stated I was interested in a certain vehicle. I reached out to Austin and he set me up with James to look at a Shelby GT350. James made us feel right at home and gave an honest opinion of the car and shared some stories of his experience with different types of sports cars. I really appreciated this because I didn't feel like James was pushy or desperate to make a sale. He was 100% focused on the customers experience which is very hard to come by at most dealers. I will certainly be back to the toybarn. More

Great Experience!!! I stopped to visit the Toy Barn ostensibly to start looking for another car but probably not buy one until I had explored further options to the max. I was lead to Matt to be my Toy Barn liaison with helping me look at cars and evaluate my trade in. He was a great person to work with. He answered all my questions and even offered some perspectives I had not even thought of. We test drove several cars and got a great feel for them. I was always leaning a little toward the BMW M5 so we saved that for the last test drive. I fell in love with the car. At that point they took my car and did an evaluation and came back with a price that I liked!!! At that point I made the decision to buy the M5. Matt led me through all the hoops to get me to drive out of the lot that very same day with my M5!!!! The whole process went very smoothly. Matt's professionalism and helpfulness are indelibly stamped on my mind. I took the car back today to get it detailed and have a little smoke smell removed by the ionization process. I got a nice Acura to drive as a loaner and I talked with their service staff about boosting my WHP and Torque with a Stage One Performance Tuner from Dinan. Dealers with Integrity I worked with Greg McDevitt and Shawn Frisky as we had to resolve an issue with a used car I purchased. I am a stickler and looked the car over thorou I worked with Greg McDevitt and Shawn Frisky as we had to resolve an issue with a used car I purchased. I am a stickler and looked the car over thoroughly prior to purchase, however, shortly after purchase, the engine light came on and I took it in for inspection. The problem turned out to be a comprehensive wiring problem that ended in a substantial electronic issue. Mind you, this car was not under warranty and the warranty I purchased did not include electronic coverage, so I could've been out of luck. However, Greg and his team acknowledged that occasionally, any make of car, even those in the best condition, can have problems. Greg and the Toy Barn team (all the way to the owner, Shawn Cunix) knew of this situation and sought to make it right, and they did. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle from the Toy Barn, and it is as sound as I had hoped. The willingness and ability of Greg and the other Toy Barn staff to ensure customer satisfaction was above and beyond. I appreciated their professionalism and determination to ensure a fair deal was obtained, and in my case, it certainly was. More

Worst dealership and employees I have ever encountered I have Purchased a 2016 Mercedes c63s AMG which had 2000 miles from this dealership. So, I have been waiting for my title for little over a month n I have Purchased a 2016 Mercedes c63s AMG which had 2000 miles from this dealership. So, I have been waiting for my title for little over a month now and my paper copy license plate is about to expire in 3 days however, every time I called the dealership to communicate with my dealer and Sarah in the title department, things didn't go smoothly at all. Sarah has been telling me that she has already processed my title and it will be at my mail box shortly which never happened up to this point. As my paper license plate is about to expire in 3 days, I called Sarah again yesterday who told me that my title was shipped out again two days ago as a regular mail, not as an express mail even though they had delayed this whole process and left me with no time to register my car before its expiration date. Then, I texted my used car dealer Conor who is completely ignoring my messages. This dealership is obviously some privately owned business and the employees that I encountered through my experience were very unprofessional and bunch of fake liars. Plus, Conor even almost ran my girlfriend over by carelessly driving when she tried to get in the backseat as we were taking the car out for a test drive. I tried my best to stay positive and keep neutral relationships with these untrained careless individuals even after all the small incidents that might have been considered unacceptable to many people. I can't get over how ignorant these people are and I am recommending people to never shop at Toybarn. Worst experience of buying a beautiful Amg that has no title. Thank you for wasting my time and my money. More
