No BS, straight forward, courteous and professional. I contacted Matt about a vehicle I was interested in taking a look at and also had a trade in. Just over 24 hours later I was signing for the car and driving home, back to Canton. I must say, this was the most pleasant car buying experience i've had. Matt was awesome, I couldn't be happier.
