During the whole process Matt was very easy going, very informative, and most importantly did not pressure me at all! Which made the whole process so much more enjoyable. He even helped out when working with the bank to make sure I get a good financing deal. If there were any minor issues with the car (indicator lights, small scratches) Matt took care of them for me as complimentary service.
