I asked Pavel for a few other details and photos and he was quick to response, When I flew out to dealer to pickup the car Pavel went though the car in detail but he also took the time to show me around the dealer. No reason to give the details, but I was disappointed because I had really hoped to buy all of my cars from them in the future. I went in and set down with the Sales Manager and explained my experience. Over the next two months they blew me away in making sure the situation was fixed. It was one of the best customer experiences I've had, and definitely best on a major purchase. As a result I bought two more cars in the past few weeks and they are searching for another for me. By the time I'm done I'll have bought four cars in less than a year and I'll keep buying everything from them in the future. The real test isn't when it all goes perfect. The real test is when it goes bad and the dealer has to respond. They passed with an A+. More

The Toy Barn has a vast selection of high end luxury vehicles as well as affordable domestics and imports. Nestled between all of the luxury vehicles was my beautiful Odyssey. Even though I wasn't buying a $200,000 car, they treated me as if I were. I've never had so much fun spending this much money. Poor Service by Sales Manager I bought a Maserati from ToyBarn in 2017 and the sales men are nice guys Fast forward 2 years. I want to sell the car and I reach out to them via F I bought a Maserati from ToyBarn in 2017 and the sales men are nice guys Fast forward 2 years. I want to sell the car and I reach out to them via Facebook (not sure who I spoke to) since they were looking to purchase some cars. After talking, they submit an offer for $18-18.5k for the car and can honor that price for a week. The very next day I go to the Toybarn and talk to Greg (sale manager), after driving and looking over the car, they offer 16.5k... He said let him make a few calls and he'll call me back. He never called me back. I wasn't even pushing for $18.5k. I told them I would take $18k The next day, I e-mail Greg to see if there was an update. No response to the e-mail. The next day, I call Greg on his cell phone and he said he could offer $17-17.5k but to call him back in 30 minutes. I became busy and wasn't able to call him back. But I called him the next day and no answer on his cell phone and no call back after leaving a voicemail I wasn't trying to bother them but I had a 10-day pay off date and didn't want to keep paying interest on the car since they said they'd offer $18k for. I get that I didn't buy a $400k Ferrari but the customer service here in this incident, was sub-par and this alone will keep me from buying a car from them again or recommending them. More
