Great Experience We went in for a test drive and right away were greeted by Matt. We told him the car we were looking for and he was able to give us details on the car right away. He was very knowledgeable about the make and model and all of its trims and options. He was patient during the test drive and explained all of the controls. Because the car was new on the lot it still needed to go through inspection and touch-ups. Matt stayed true to his word, everything he told us would be fixed was and to the degree that you wouldn't even know the dings and scratches existed! Matt's communication throughout the car buying process was phenomenal. He has followed up with me a couple of times since. This has been the easiest car I have ever purchased, I highly recommend talking to Matt when you stop by the Toy Barn! More

Before choosing the first one I test drive, Chris suggested looking at a couple and narrowing down my needs/wants. After 4 test drives, I went with Mercedes!! Chris was so patient, kept my husband and I in the loop while purchasing the vehicle when husband was in Germany! This is our families 3rd car from Chris and the Toy Barn! Chris is a down to earth, no nonesense car guy....with incredible knowledge of all luxury brand vehicles. We are so thankful for him and the Toy Barn!! More

Amazing! Talked with Jonathan on the phone prior to coming in to set up a test drive. Within a few minutes he called me back to notify me that the car was currently loaned out and that it would be back within 48 hours. As soon as the car was back on the lot he gave me a call to let me know and we scheduled a time for me to come in. Once I was there every member of the staff was very courteous and respectful. After we took the car for a test drive we talked some numbers and he even was able to help drop the price a little bit! They gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in as well. I’ve been to multiple other dealerships but they seem to not take me too serious because of my age. But at Toy Barn I was treated very professionally and I will definitely be returning in the future. More
