I bought a used car that needed some paint work done. The sales person that was assisting during our shopping experience committed to having the body looking like a “new car”. Greg was the lead sales associate that closed our deal. Although used cars may never come off the lot looking brand new, Greg stood behind the commitment to make our car almost perfect. The Toy Barn took it in weeks after us purchasing it to have their subcontracted body shop clean up the paint and returned it to us looking awesome! They were very accommodating when it came to delivering the vehicle, bringing necessary paperwork to me to sign, getting a spare key programmed at Land Rover, and overall following through on their commitments. Although there was some lag time in being able to get these things taken care of, Greg always stayed in communication with me which is hard to get from a lot of companies these days! My vehicle looks amazing and I will definitely continue to shop at the Toy Barn! More
