He made sure to introduce us to the General Manager and Finance Manager, to make sure we were comfortable with who was handling our transaction. I always dread going car shopping because you have to deal with someone who is going to treat you like a money tree to see how much they can get out of you. Always "well I will have to check with my manager…" and it is someone you never see. Will never had to "check with his manager" and was completely upfront about the purchasing process. When my husband and I purchase our next vehicle, it will definitely be with Will at Townsend Global Imports. More
