When I question this, the service writer told me they would ask the tech what oil was used. I was then told that the tech stated he used the correct oil. Really? I didn't know what to believe. Like a fool, I gave them a second chance. When I got home after having my vehicle serviced, I noticed a bunch of loose change missing off the rear floor mat. More
