Took money for sales tax and registration and doc fees. They collected money for sales tax, registration and doc fees. They did NOT send money to the state or perform the work of registration. My temp tags expired over a week ago and I still do not have my plates or registration. I have made several calls, they will not return my calls. Spoke with Mgr (I think his name is Rich) several times. He says he will look into it and get back with me. Have not heard from him in over a week. My temp tags have been expired for 8 days. More

THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE! They talk the talk....but they don't know anything they should have known about a problem I've had for a year.
