They do not mean what they commit (liars) Bought a Camry Hybrid back in 2007 and they installed sun roof, sales representative told me that there is a life time warranty on the sun roof, now m Bought a Camry Hybrid back in 2007 and they installed sun roof, sales representative told me that there is a life time warranty on the sun roof, now my sunroof is gone and what is more scary was the way it was gone, I was driving the car around 5:00 AM Morning time and I heard a sound and when I came back home there was no sun roof on the car, I can see rust all over the corners, that was surely a installation issue. Now when I called Toyota they said it's not their issue, need to check with the installation company, which was not the commitment they make at the time of sales. Liars More

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH TONY AT TOWNE TOYOTA Decided to buy a new Toyota Tacoma and worked with Tony in sales as this was the Second one buying from this dealership. Last one was my daught Decided to buy a new Toyota Tacoma and worked with Tony in sales as this was the Second one buying from this dealership. Last one was my daughters auto. All i can say it's a pure pleasure working with Tony as you do not get all the B.S. other sales people in other dealerships give you to try to sell you a new truck or auto. He tells it like it is without all the fast talk that goes with it in other places. Also he did a wide search of a few States to to find the Toyota Tacoma I wanted with the options I wanted. He found it in MA. and it delivered to Towne Toyota. I went there today to pick it up and the level of service was FULL FIVE STARS, After signing my life away on papers and not not even financing it Tony took me outside and spent a lot of time teaching me how to use all the computer operating systems in the vehicle.. He even set up my cell phone for the bluetooth that comes in it. Not much more I can say except i will tell all my friends how easy it is to work with Tony and the other people at Towne Toyota. I have bought a lot of autos and trucks in my time but this time it went to the Moon and back.. Thanks Again, Herb More
