Although I did not buy car from Towne Toyota, I am writing this review because of how Marco Kalov helped me with my search related to Rav4. I was looking for RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I used True Car to search writing this review because of how Marco Kalov helped me with my search related to Rav4. I was looking for RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I used True Car to search the car. It was my first time using it and overlooked the True Car Price expiry. When Marco quoted a different price in person I got a little annoyed. But Marco remained courteous and explained why price was different. He then ran some numbers to come up with an estimated monthly payment. I told him that I am looking at few other cars and need a couple of days. He followed up in two days to check. Based on my online research and in person estimates, Marco's offer was the best. However, I ended up getting an Acura RDX instead. Had I bought a RAV4 it would have been from Towne Toyota. I would like to thank Marco for his time and help. More

Over priced and created additional damage Had a problem with my Tacoma and arranged for Towne Toyota to diagnose and repair it. Used them because they were able to schedule the repair quickly Had a problem with my Tacoma and arranged for Towne Toyota to diagnose and repair it. Used them because they were able to schedule the repair quickly and I needed the vehicle for work. Dropped the truck off and received a call back that day advising the repair would cost about $3000. Normally parts and install would be about 1/2 that price from another repair shop. Told them to go ahead because I needed the vehicle and didn't have time to arrange another service agency. Received a call the next day advising they had vehicle partially apart but would have to cut out another part at additional $300 charge because the couldn't get part loose due to rusted bolts. Vehicle was finally repaired and taken home. After driving vehicle another couple of months found they had punctured the cv boots on both front axles while in shop[ and boots were leaking grease! Highly recommend you avoid this dealer! More

We negotiated a price and Gary met my price. Furthermore, after negotiation, he brought the car over to the service department, at my request, for buffing out some minor blemishes. Gary was fair and honest and it was a very easy, businesslike experience. I am very satisfied. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a car to see Gary. More
