I brought my 2010 Prius in for its first oil change and couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Everyone at the dealership seems like they really enjoy their job and it is nice to deal with s couldn't be happier with the service that I received. I waited while my car was being serviced and they told me it would take about an hour to do. My car was done in less time and I was happy to see that it was washed and cleaned inside and out.(That saved me the $12.50 car wash that I usually get.) Overall a great experience for something that is typically a chore. I will definitely go back to Towne Toyota. More

All three gentlemen that we dealt with made sure we were happy and even called our home to make sure everything was fine. The staff here certainly cares about their customers and "went above and beyond" to make our experience positive! Our salesman, Jon, has a sense of humor, applied no pressure whatsoever, and genuinely put us first before any sale. You will not be disappointed if you requested him when you visit. Mike made sure that all went well and was the most decent and fair sales manager we have ever encountered. Frank, when picking up our vehicle and signing all paperwork, was courteous and never once tried to sell us an additional warranty or service. I was in the market for a new truck and found exactly what I needed at Towne Toyota. My Salesman Dave Decker greeted me as I walked into the showroom as if I were a longtime friend and made me feel very what I needed at Towne Toyota. Because of Dave's professionalism and carisma, i was more than happy to buy new from Towne! Best of all, I didn't have to go back and forth like other Dealers as Dave was able to give me the low price and no BS salespitch about "why" I should buy new. He told me exactly what he thought I would/could get for my trade, (which turned out to be almost exactly what it was worth) and didn't have to cry back to his sales managers everytime I needed a "real" question answered (like at Toyota World of Newton......just sayin.....). I got 2 years free maintenance (oil/filters/etc), an introduction to the Service folk, and a great deal on financing. (frank in financing is the best FYI). Ive heard bad things about towne from some people, but I think they are just uneducated in car buying as Towne Toyota is the best around. Exceptional selection, Salesman like Dave, and a great reliable service team that is quick, and correct (that's IMPORTANT). I would recommend buying new (and as I'm writing this, I am 3 months into my "new" 2009 Tacoma crewcab v6 off road TRD that I got from trading in my other new 2010 Tacoma I4 acess cab 4x4...also bought from Dave Decker at Towne....had a baby.
