Once I realized that my old car had to go, I decided on buying a used truck. I didn't want to spend too much and wanted something nice, but it didn't have to be "fantastic". Because of Dave's professionalism and carisma, i was more than happy to buy new from Towne! Best of all, I didn't have to go back and forth like other Dealers as Dave was able to give me the low price and no BS salespitch about "why" I should buy new. He told me exactly what he thought I would/could get for my trade, (which turned out to be almost exactly what it was worth) and didn't have to cry back to his sales managers everytime I needed a "real" question answered (like at Toyota World of Newton......just sayin.....). I got 2 years free maintenance (oil/filters/etc), an introduction to the Service folk, and a great deal on financing. (frank in financing is the best FYI). Ive heard bad things about towne from some people, but I think they are just uneducated in car buying as Towne Toyota is the best around. Exceptional selection, Salesman like Dave, and a great reliable service team that is quick, and correct (that's IMPORTANT). I would recommend buying new (and as I'm writing this, I am 3 months into my "new" 2009 Tacoma crewcab v6 off road TRD that I got from trading in my other new 2010 Tacoma I4 acess cab 4x4...also bought from Dave Decker at Towne....had a baby. I walked into Towne Toyota knowing how difficult it was going to be to drive away in the new Toyota Rav 4 that I wanted because I was only 2 years into a 5 year lease of my Camry. But I knew if it could be done Towne Toyota was the place to go! After all, I might have lost count by now but I believe this is my 6 vehicle that I have either leased or purchased through them! What more can be said then that? I keep coming back because I know that the sales staff and management continually go above and beyond to make the deals that work for me! And this vist was no exception! Sam and the rest of the team work very hard to get me into the new Rav 4 that I wanted and I couldn't be happier! I have been a happy and loyal customer of Towne Toyota for over 6 years. We have had wonderful experiences with the sales department and have been extremely happy with the Siena and Corolla we have purcha for over 6 years. ALL of the employees were respectful, knowledgeable, fair and helpful. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the service department as well. We have never had any problems with our vehicles, but have gone in for the regular maintenance etc. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. Their work is excellent and the drive up service area is very convenient. We have found that one employee is friendlier than the next. There is also a wonderful play area for the children and a beautiful, relaxing waiting area. The General Manager, Solomon Faizi, is extremely courteous and professional.He will do what he can to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their experience. I highly recommend Towne Toyota for numerous reasons. After years and years of feeling taken advantage of at other dealerships, we are happy to return to Towne Toyota for future purchases and service needs. More

I started bringing my FJ to this local dealer for servicing a couple of years ago. I was impressed from the start and still am years later. Professional, clean-cut, and good looking crew of Service Reps communicate well, get my truck back to me quicker than any other mechanic shop or dealer EVER has, and keep costs of repairs down as much as possible. I've never felt that this Service shop is trying to squeeze every last nickel out of me. They seem to understand that I adore my truck and that I want to do the right thing, but that I cannot afford to waste a dime. Unlike most car repair experiences in my life, I am usually pleasantly surprised by the cost of the repair and I feel confident that the Service department is doing the very best for me and for my truck. I love this dealer's Service department. Each and every visit has been a positive experience. It is very rewarding to be able to build a relationship over time with a business like this, and - honestly - they seem to work very hard to make the relationship work and to keep my faith going. When it comes time for me to part with my 2007 truck, I will go to this dealer for my purchase. More
