Since the very first moment I met Matthiew I knew something positive should come out. Matt introduced me to Prius concept in very professional way and facilitated first drive test. We didn't feel under pressure even for a moment. Entire presentation and sales process was very pleasant and rewarding experience. Ledgewood location didn't have the exact color, which was our primary choice but Matt was able to locate the car and secure transfer from outher location in a timely manner. Everything happened according to our agreements. The car was delivered before the end of the month and we were able to sign all necessary papers and close any open issue with a smile.
