The dealer gave me a fair price on the value of my trade in and on the new Rav4 I purchased. Since I owed considerably less than what the dealer offered for the 2008 Highlander Limited, I will be receiving a check within a week while also being able to put money towards leasing the new Rav4. The dealer told me upfront and honestly that it would take a week for the check to be paid to me so I was not surprised that I left the Highlander at the dealership without a check in hand. All the prices he quoted me were consistent with the documentation that I eventually signed. Both he and the finance manager were very curteous and respectful to me and my 2 children. I was able to take my Rav4 home in a timely manner today. More

I DROVE 175 MILES TO PURCHASE A SIENNA VAN. I HAD CALLED THE DEALERSHIP EARLIER IN THE DAY AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE THERE LATER IN THE DAY. WHEN I GOT THERE SOMEONE ELSE WAS TEST DRIVING THE VAN, AND THEY THE DEALERSHIP EARLIER IN THE DAY AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE THERE LATER IN THE DAY. The time recently came for me to trade-in my ’04 Camry. I researched mid-sized cars via CR, driver testimonies and my own experience test driving other cars. I returned to Towne Toyota for three major reasons; (1) value, (2) service department and (3) the sales staff do not haggle. (1) The value of Toyota is unprecedented – I’ve done the research. (2) The service department is composed of a dream team of personnel. The primary reason I am a returning Towne Toyota customer is because of the outstanding service department. Most notably is Eric Dix. He’s honest, polite and goes above and beyond his job to ensure customer satisfaction. More importantly, he listens to the customers. Eric should be the service manager - because in addition to his outstanding performance, it’s customers like me who return to buy, service and refer friends and family, (3) I test drove other cars and tried to work with other dealers only to walk away with a less than desirable experience. I will remember working with Matt Furman – he listened to me, worked within my budget and took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered. This gentleman took the time after I purchased my car to program my phones into the computer, create my personalized Entune account and followed-up with me twice – weeks after my purchase. I had a wonderful experience leasing my first vehicle with Marco. I got an extremely fair price for a 2011 Rav 4. Unfortunately, on the way home from the dealership a deer ran into my new car! Marco and Solomon picked me up and gave me a loaner car until I could contact my insurance company. They made sure my vehicle got to the auto body shop. The also spoke directly to the auto shop to make sure I would receive brand new Toyota parts for my vehicle. Marco called me a few days later to make sure there wasn't anything else they could help me with. Ledgewood Toyota genuinely cared about my well being, not just selling a car. This was the second vehicle I purchased/leased at this location and will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend Marco and the sales team at Toyota of Ledgedwood! More

David Decker was exactly the type of salesman I love to deal with. He was friendly, honest, and straightforward. He gave me the information I needed but did not pressure me. I was due for a 65,000 mile oil change on a 2005 Toyota Celica. I had just gotten a coupon in for a service and alignment and I thought I'd get both done since I’d recently gotten new tires. The car wen Celica. I had just gotten a coupon in for a service and alignment and I thought I'd get both done since I’d recently gotten new tires. The car went in with the steering wheel at the 11:58 position at 2PM. 2 hours later; they told me my car was done. I paid for the service and alignment and left the dealership. As soon as I got on the road, I almost hit the car in the left lane. My steering wheel had to be at the 12:07 position for the car to go straight! I took a U-turn and went right back to the dealership. When I reached the dealership, Dave Durnal told the technician who performed the alignment to take the car for a road test with me. This is the first lie; even though the service and alignment description both "Road Test Vehicle", the road test couldn’t have been done because of the condition I received the car back in. Not to mention that I was standing outside since the time the car came off the alignment rack and I did not see them take it for a road test. After the road test, the technician took the car back into the shop and rotated the tires. The second lie since the service description I performed stated "Rotate Tires”. They rotated the tires and told me that I was good to go. I got back on the road and the same thing happened. Again, I took the U-turn and went right back to the dealership. I walked in again saying that I need this fixed and I want to be dropped home or I want a loaner car until the problem is fixed. Dave told me that there's nothing more they can do and that they "don't want to deal with this vehicle anymore since we did all we could" I asked if they would revert the alignment to what it was earlier since it was much better then. Dave didn’t answer my question and went to say “Our machine isn’t wrong” and that I would be refunded. He then went on to say that my tires are bad. I told Dave that my tires are new high quality (Michelin Pilot Exalto Sport) and have less than 500 miles on it. Dave still argued and told me that my tires are causing my problems since everything they did and checked is 100% right. Dave also went on and told me that I should get tires from them so they can properly balance them and gave me prices for that. I told Dave that the likelihood of tires causing this is extremely slim and incorrect balancing would cause vibration instead but Dave ensured that the problem was with my tires and showed with his attitude that he didn’t want to discuss this matter any further. It was 6:00 PM, 6 hours after I dropped the car off and I had not eaten lunch so I just took my car and left. The next day in Connecticut (I had to drive 3 hours which is another reason I was extremely upset), I took my car to a 3rd party repair shop (Modern Tire) where they performed an alignment within 25 minutes. Now my steering wheel is straight and my car goes straight. There was nothing wrong with the tires. According to the technician, Toyota didn’t have my steering wheel straight when they performed the alignment. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody. I thought they'd take care of a semi rare car (2005 Celica GT with Action Package), I was highly mistaken. Did I mention that after I saw my car go through the oil change, the rear bumper was dislodged from the left side. Of course, when I told the technician he told me that the damage was already there (No it wasn't, I'm really secure with my car). More
