My car didn't start one morning & it was stuck at my house the guys at Towne not only came out to see what was wrong but they picked me up at my job. They ended up getting it started, followed me back to the dealership to ensure everything was fine, and washed,waxed and vacuumed the car!! They were amazing in customer service standards, they went above and beyond but made it seem like it was no big deal. This of course made it a bigger deal to me! I run my own retail store & I made sure I shared this story on my district conference call the next day. You have made me a customer for life!! More

We purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from Towne Toyota in Ledgewood for so many reasons. Spencer was the first reason! Having a 25 + year career as a Sales Manager, I am quite critical about the sales and customer service reps that I deal with on a regular basis in any purchases--especially when it comes to a new car purchase. Well, I don't even know where to begin with Spencer. Short of wanting to steal him away from Towne Toyota and hire him myself, I can only offer my highest praise and thanks to one of the best sales/customer service reps that I EVER had the pleasure of dealing with! Spencer's professionalism, knowledge, warmth, enthusiasm and welcoming mannerisms go above and beyond what my family and I ever expected. We had already visited other dealers when we began our search for a more gas-friendly vehicle, and we had narrowed it down to a Camry. We were ready to make the purchase, but we wanted to get the best price for the vehicle that we chose. Not only did we get the BEST price for the 2012 Camry, but we got the BEST treatment from Spencer that we ever got on any of our past vehicle purchases throughout the years. Spencer's confidence in addition to all of his other wonderful qualities really convinced us that we were making the best choice possible as far as car dealers are concerned. We had such a "great time" buying our car which is actually a pretty stressful move since it is such a major purchase. Our children were even overwhelmed with Spencer's kindness and his "special treatment" of delivering the best hot chocolate to them that they ever had! They were so happy with our entire experience that they actually said that they want to buy their own cars from Spencer when the time comes (even though they are only 9 and 11 years old right now)! I can just go on and on forever, but all I want to say again is that this is the absolute best decision we have made in a VERY LONG TIME! We are also going to be purchasing a Sienna van in the near future, and we cannot wait until that time comes so we have the pleasure of dealing with Spencer and the other wonderful employees at Towne Toyota again. Frank was also a true pleasure to work with on the financial end, and he, too, provided the type of assistance that is extremely difficult to come by these days. It seemed that everyone who works at Towne Toyota was very willing to pitch in any way they could to help make our experience fabulous. Our perfect rating of all 5's is more well deserved here than any ratings I've ever given in a survey! Again, we just want to say thank you for the great experience and treatment and for the beautiful Camry that we are truly enjoying now because of you, Spencer!!!! Thanks again, and see you real soon! General Manager, Dave, Not familiar with car body Weather Stripping door area. In office, He quessed it was placed under the 'Door Latch' and under some bottom part. However, a simple, quick look see, would have shown Dave, that the Weather Stripping is NOT under anything - and is simply just a Strip that is Finger-Pushed in place all around the interior door frame. The fact, that Dave was just too lazy to inspect the area, a few feet from his office, and that the total bill would have been $235.00, had I Not simply just pushed in the top part that was hanging Myself. Of course, He could have done so as well. Sadly, that a 60 year old, 100 pound Woman, can do, what a General Manager at a car dealership cannot. More

All I can say is that Lisa and the staff in service make you comfortable with what is being done and why. Their recommendations and advice are great. And I have to say..my experience at other dealers has you comfortable with what is being done and why. Their recommendations and advice are great. And I have to say..my experience at other dealers has made me avoid dealerships due their lack of listening concerning the reason for my visit. This is never the case at Town Toyota, and Lisa is a real asset to the dealership. Referrals prove it is my belief, I have sent multiple people in to shop for cars, and they have all come back to me and thank them for the referral, and they too feel there is no need to avoid the dealer for servicing. And some of them are now your repeat customers. All I can say is thanks, and I have been forced on the road to visit other Toyota dealers, and no the service and concern is not the same. In fact when I do have service at another dealer, I stop in and ask them to double check the work. That is true confidence. More
