I had a very pleasant experience at Towne Toyota. David Decker was my salesperson and walked us through the entire process. He has an extensive knowledge of all the various vehicles on the lot. John Helminger was a very personable, friendly and professional salesman. He new answers to all the questions about the Toyota Camry, we were interested in before I asked them. He was very helpful in deciding whether it would be in our best interest to purchase or lease the car and whether to trade our current car in. John was very helpful with the finance decisions prior to seeing the Finance Director Mr. Peter Mankin, who also was very Professional and Courteous. Peter explained many additional options we could add to our purchase; to protect the initial purchase even further. Town Toyota is an excellent business establishment and should feel proud to have such an excellent staff working for them. John Helminger is an excellent Salesman. Peter Mankin is an excellent Finance Manager. I have done business with many professionals in the past; however, these two gentleman definitely are the best that I have ever dealt with. My significant other John Gregowitz and myself have been coming to Towne Toyota since 2006. We have been happy with the service department. I was so happy when Lisa Giambattista became my personal Assiste coming to Towne Toyota since 2006. We have been happy with the service department. I was so happy when Lisa Giambattista became my personal Assisted Service Manager, Very professional, beautiful personality and a real people person! Explained in detail about what kind of service was needed when I came in for my usual maintenance. There have been times I would be waiting for my car and doing my work and over heard a few ladies complementing Lisa. I chimed in and said she really knows her stuff and glad to see a woman Assisted Service Manager - Lisa!!!! I would recommend Lisa to anyone. Also when I was in the show room sitting at one of the tables. Customers were not sure about the purchase of a Toyota. I had to add my two cents and said my Toyota Camry XLE purchased from Towne is the 15th Toyota I have owned! One of the big reasons I come back to Towne is the service and Lisa!! I bought a used 2007 Lexus ES350 and Andrew was helpful and patient as my wife and I decided and when it came time to buy the transaction went smoothly and the deal was quite reasonable. I recently moved from CA for NJ and needed a dealership to work on my car. This dealership was nearby and that's the only reason I selected it. You can't imagine my shock and surprise to find a very comp to work on my car. This dealership was nearby and that's the only reason I selected it. You can't imagine my shock and surprise to find a very competent and friendly service experience. Even more shocking was the price. The price was so fair - I was stunned. The center console of my car had been broken for about a year. They were innovative and practical and rather than suggest that I replace the entire part - they fixed what I had, at a fraction of the cost. I had two experiences where they could have easily charged me more or made stuff up and they didn't. I know dealerships are notorious for bad practices, and I would never completely trust any auto repair shop. However, for the moment - this dealership has earned my trust. I would definitely give these folks a try. The wifi, comfortable waiting area, fresh cookies, coffee, and writing tables are additional appreciated features. I can't believe I'm writing this, but I had a great experience at a car dealership. More

I had some major issues with my car and had to take it to the service department several times. The Service Director Mike Elston was very unprofessional. I had to leave 10 messages and many emails to get a r the service department several times. The Service Director Mike Elston was very unprofessional. I had to leave 10 messages and many emails to get a response from him. They did a faulty installation of an air suspension system and they are not willing to take the responsibility. In my opinion, they are not competent enough to really troubleshoot and fix anything. More
Service department has gone to xxxx. A few years back my amazing service adviser left and I couldn't understand why. I now know why. Please try another Toyota/Scion service department before this one. More
We purchased a certified used car from Towne Toyota and Spencer was our salesman; besides the fact that I do love my car, the overall buying experience was horrible and I wish I did not buy my car from Spe Spencer was our salesman; besides the fact that I do love my car, the overall buying experience was horrible and I wish I did not buy my car from Spencer. Once the paperwork was complete, Spencer did not follow through with anything. As part of the sale, some minor work needed to get done, which Spencer was suppose to set up with the service department, which he never did. I had to bring my car back 3 times the first month because every time I brought it in service did not know I was coming because Spencer never told them (after telling me he did) and the parts were not available. Spencer never returned phone calls and he lied. The only good thing I can say is the service department was great. I am only touching on the issues I had with Spencer and Towne Toyota, I am refraining from saying it all. Stay away from Spencer. More
Best dealership experience I ever had and I wasn't even the buyer. So here is my story. This all started with a simple letter promotion, an internet inquiry and a chat with 1 of 3 of the nicest pe even the buyer. So here is my story. This all started with a simple letter promotion, an internet inquiry and a chat with 1 of 3 of the nicest people i met here at this dealership. This all started with my close friend receiving a promo letter from Towne Toyota about a price reduction special. She usually comes to me for advice especially on automobiles. So I told her I would look in to it. I started my research like everyone else on their website. I found a Corolla that I felt she would fit in well. I put my information in and than the next morning Heather rang me up. Well I told her my friend's story and told her how that I am helping her with the process. First, I never got so many compliments for doing that and second she was ultimately understanding of her situation. She went as far as to recommend me the next straight up gentlemen great guy in Andy Adelin. She spoke really highly of him so I didnt have any reservations after that. After a 40 minute fun conversation, I decided we should move on and schedule a future appointment. My friend and I ended up scheduling for Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday. I get there around 11am to meet up with my friend. We sat down with Andy and then everything happened. I personally never had a great experience at any dealership. I had my fill of sleazy sales people trying to sell me over priced crap. Andy was a totally different sales person. The presence of that man just made it feel real comfy. Andy is what I like to call a straight forward sales men. Once he knows your story and your goal, he will be straight up with you on what he can do. No run around, no persuasion, no nothing. Andy was great with us. My friend originally wanted a new 2013 Corolla and we test drove it. Of course, i will gloat here. I knew she would like it and she did. So after we came back, we went over the details with Andy and hit us a with the real facts. We found the car to be too expensive. Here is where it really stoked me. He had a list of used cars and instead of looking for one that was out of her price range, he ended up finding the perfect car, at the price she wanted. She ended with a 2010 red(her favorite color), fully loaded Corolla S. I was stoked for her and the smile was on their forever. Andy made her proud and there wasn't an ounce of sleazy sales men odor on him. He truly is a gentleman and great man. If you come to Towne, request him. He will take care of you and be up front with you. After through usual credit checks and such, we ended up meeting Peter Mankin. The dealer's finance manager. He makes it 3 of 3 of my favorite people at the dealership. First his children are WPU(William Paterson Graduates) so I am biased on that fact since I just graduated from WPU myself. Peter is a high energy, funny, and straight forward guy himself. All he did was make my friend's situation better. Peter gave us a great deal on the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty and came up with great points on why we should get it. He was really liking my friend's name and really made her feel comfortable and confident about her purchase. The process was quick and easy and than I am generally not a fan of dealerships as I always feel they are out to cut you a bad deal. Again, I have never received anything I deemed customer service until I came here. Heather, Andy, and Peter made our experience comfy and easy. On top of that, each person cared about her and wanted the best for her. That's what i respected the most out of this place. Anyone looking for a toyota needs to come here. IF you get these 3 people, you will leave with a car that will possibly meet your needs. 5 star rating for this place easily. Thank you to Heather, Andy, and Peter for making everything possible.
