I love my car. Mike spent a considerable amount of time going over everything with me. He felt bad about a mix up with the original car I wanted was sold by another salesmen. Absurd!!!! Dont go here!! Ive paid $200 for license plate. its now 3 weeks and no plates. Also their temporary dealers plate has expired long time ago. What toyota dealer does now is they just ignoring plate. its now 3 weeks and no plates. Also their temporary dealers plate has expired long time ago. This was my first time buying a Brand new car. Josh W made it very easy for it. i never once felt pressured into buying the vehicle. “Bait and switch” mean anything to anyone? i went onsite, negotiated my best deal with a sales manager named Seymore. I came back the next day to leave a deposit and was told by Rich Freeman that he can't h negotiated my best deal with a sales manager named Seymore. I came back the next day to leave a deposit and was told by Rich Freeman that he can't honor Seymore's deal. I would have to pay $798 more. Seymore of course was out, couldn't be reached, and I was told "too bad" that's what we can do. Now this is after having had them lie to me about a Toyota service plan, this is after me having to prove my driveshaft clunk existed, and printing out the Toyota Service Bulletin to prove an actual issue existed, and when my headlights started fogging on the inside...ANOTHER known issue ---they wouldn't fix it even with my PLATINUM warranty because I didn’t notify them before 36k miles. WT? who would EVER go back to this place. The one redeeming value was the NEW general mgr. called and was trying to work something out, but by that time I’d had it with Towne Toyota. Save your $$ and patience and go somewhere else. More
We went in earlier today, unsure if we would be unable to purchase a new car, as I was upside down ($8,000) in my car. The three gentleman were very pleasant, honest, enjoyable to do business with... I would defiantly recommend this dealership to family and friends. And to my surprise I get a call from Jeff on Saturday morning 8/31/2013 asked for myself and my daughter to come down to dealership because he had gotten us a better deal with my interest rate, I couldn't believe what he told me the interest rate was lowered to. In all the years I have bought cars NEVER did a dealership get me a lower rate> I really appreciate what the dealership has done for us and will be back when I need another vehicle... I was looking for a certified pre-owned car and I found one matching my need from Towne Toyota. I had been to some other dealerships and usually I felt a lot of pressure from the salespeople. However, my experience at Towne Toyota is completely different. I met a salesman named Sandor Filiszar. He was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the car and explained to me the details of the certified pre-owned car program. I was completely stress free during the whole time and was given whatever time I need to make my decision. Eventually, I bought the car with a good price. Later, I found a minor problem with the car. I contacted Sandor and he helped me make all the necessary arrangements so that the issue could be addressed as soon as possible. I definitely would recommend the dealership to my friends and would like to thank Sandor for providing such great customer service. More
