Yesterday I bought my new Corolla Toyota at Towne Toyota. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Corolla there through Costco car program. The process was stress free and pleasant. Marco Kalov the salesperson was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he accommodated all my needs. He did not push anything on me. He listened to me and tried to be helpful whenever it was possible. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, he texted me back with all the car charges for the car model that I planned to buy and answered all my questions. And they were a lot! He was responsive and knowledgeable with a long customer service experience. I really recommend this dealership if you need to buy your new car. More
Dealer would not sell car to someone in North Carolina due to motor vehicle delays. Reason was absolutely ridiculous since I would have to obtain NC inspection, register vehicle and purchase NC tag, then due to motor vehicle delays. This service was not professional. This Toyota Towne dealer just didn't do the job I paid my money for! I had a terrible experience of being and being serviced at this place: Towne Toyota. The Tech: (technician) just didn't do his job! Technician's name: J. Dobaczewski (924). The service consultant did not check the work of operational and technical personnel. He didn't make sure and didn't do his job either. Service Advisor Name: Ronnie Williams. I didn't get the service I paid for. I did a full inspection and inspection of my car at this location. I paid money, including for the replacement of the wiper blade on the windshield. I paid for this service: $41 without taxes. When I got the car, when I was leaving this ill-fated place, the Towne Toyota Service, I saw that my cleaning brush was old, broken, and it had not even been replaced. That is, this car dealership is a Towne Toyota car dealership, the employees of this place had the audacity to simply take money for air. My experience was terrible! Although I was the first time in this place! As a result, the cashier on my card, a man, the initials were indicated on the check: Ronnie Williams, withdrew even more money, about $ 5 more than was on the final invoice! While I was paying, this Ronnie Williams snatched the cash register right out of my hands, even though I was about to mail myself a receipt for the payment. I had an appointment at 2:00 pm. I paid you for a full service, including an engine oil change, a windshield wiper blade and a cabin filter. Based on your work, upon receiving the car, I discovered that the wiper blade on my windshield was old. I mean, I paid money, but your dealer didn't replace that part. And I still have a broken rubber band on the wiper blade on the windshield of my car. Also I am not satisfied with your service and the quality of your service. I am attaching a photo of only one detail. For this reason, I will contact my bank and cancel this transaction. I'll have to check all the other jobs I paid my money for because I'm not at all sure this car dealership did the job. I think these workers again made a mistake and missed and did not check the work of this Technician, who allegedly did his job, for which I paid my money. A couple of minutes ago I opened the hood of my car to see what was going on inside my hood and my car after your service at your Towne Toyota dealer. And I discovered another very unpleasant detail about all your yesterday's work. Namely, your technical mechanic didn't even add the rest of the fluids my car needs. The photographs clearly show that the content of these fluids is absolutely below the norm. When I gave my car away, I once again told your worker, the receptionist, that I needed a full service, including checking all other fluids, except for engine oil. And she assured me that, of course, this is all included in my service, because this is a full-fledged service and I paid my money for this service. Not only do they dispatch ur roadside assistance to Ron and Sons towing for them to damage ur vehicle even more but, They have sent me back out onto the road twice with a faulty tire. I’m lucky it didn’t blow while I was driving. Someone should revoke their licensing to service cars. Thanks for ruining my brand new car that I have had for 2 weeks. I hope someone does this to Eric.
