I would not recommend anyone to go there. 1/20/15 I have just got more information to share here. I think these guys are sitting there to charge us any any fee they want without clarifying it. They charged me X money for registration and told that this is DMV fee and we are charging more because we do not know how much it would cost. I was told that any extra money will be returned to you but now after 4 months what i got back is 32 $ and they said rest of the 300$ are service fee which is more then the registration fee .. wow. what a joke.. First of all i have been told that it is DMV registration fee and secondly why this charges were not explained and mentioned in contract? I don't mind paying for service received as long as i know how much i am paying because then I can decide whether i want that service or not. You charged me 300$ for service that is not worth of even 10$. I got my plates in 2 months and title is still not received by Toyota because the form was not filled properly and the lean holder address was missing. My worst ever decision to Buy car from Towne Toyota. More
