Oil chg/emer brke chk took all day dropped veh off nite b4 never received status cllbck, called & they cldnt find mech or truck than stated don't see RAV maybe out for a test drive. "test drive for oil chg?? and it was a Tacoma I dropped off. they had truck all day & at 4:30 still not done. Unacceptable customer service when they don't even know what veh you dropped off and NEVER received any status update when I called at 3pm & was told mech will call you back. NEVER HAPPENED And still waiting for a voucher when I purchased new vehicle. More
