Extremely long wait time. This was my fourth time dealing with Towne Toyota and by far my worst experience. The first three times were for leases and this time was for the pur This was my fourth time dealing with Towne Toyota and by far my worst experience. The first three times were for leases and this time was for the purchase of a used vehicle. After taking an hour to get through the paperwork with the salesman, I had to wait another hour for the finance person to show up. Evan after he arrived, I still had to wait another 30 minutes before he was ready to see me so we could finish the transaction. Needless to say, I was not a very happy camper and my patience had worn very thin by the end of this ordeal. I did receive however, several "sorry for the long wait" from the GMs and salesman. But, that really did not help. My past experiences with this dealership have been pleasant, but this visit was very annoying! More
