Josh Wolfson was awesome After two and a half months of every-weekend searching for the right car, I accumulated an impressive amount of dealer horror stories. Kudos to Towne After two and a half months of every-weekend searching for the right car, I accumulated an impressive amount of dealer horror stories. Kudos to Towne Toyota and Josh Wolfson in particular, then, for truly actually creating a positive experience. I was all around surprised with the sale, in a good way. I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to looking at used cars, and this always makes sales associates uneasy. However, Josh let me take two nice, long test drives with the car. He left me with the car so I could study it, test every function and find out all the problems (and high points!) He didn't bother me while I took endless pictures and asked him annoying questions. He was honest about all the dealership's policies, and while the car was sold "as is," he reassured me that if the engine blew up on the way home, the dealer would try to help me out. Most of the time I got the standard "it's out the door, it 's 100% your problem." The hassling over the price was minimal, mainly because they took my offer seriously, and didn't try to play games such as the good cop bad cop routine, or the "we have 5 people waiting after you to sell the car." I forgot to ask for my refundable deposit back, and Josh refunded it the next day without any problem. The dealer also just sent me a check as the registration cost less than they thought it would. I was told that would happen, but didn't necessarily expect it. That was a class act. As a result, I have the beautiful Cadillac that I looked months for and had a very positive dealer experience. I definitely recommend Towne Toyota. More
