We are conveniently located in Orchard Park, NY, not far from our neighbors in Rochester, Buffalo, Lancaster, Amherst, Lackawanna and Hamburg! Here at Towne Mazda, we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and remarkable inventory of new and used vehicles.
Towne has been a WNY family-owned automotive establishment since 1969. Our first dealership, Towne Lincoln-Mercury, was started by Frank Downing in June 1969 in a small strip plaza in Orchard Park. Over the years we have had the opportunity to expand our franchise portfolio to eight franchises including Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Buick, Mazda and Hyundai. We also added a Quick Lane Service Department for no appointment service needs.
Under the leadership of Frank and Dan Downing, The Towne Automotive Group has remained a family operation and a successful business that is a second home to over 300 of Western New York’s best employees! According to Business First, our employees agree that Towne is the Best Place to Work. Over 15 percent have been with us 20 years or more, and 30 percent 10 years. Treating customers and employees like family lies at the heart of our slogan “We Love Our Towne.”

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to ge department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of the way! Hopefully something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I know where I can go for outstanding customer service in servicing my vehicle. Thanks again Dawn, Mike and Christine for your incredible effort in getting me home! More

Seriously dishonest I bought a Mazda 3 touring two years ago from Noel. Loved it. I called Towne from Florida to lease another, by phone this spring, requiring back up ca I bought a Mazda 3 touring two years ago from Noel. Loved it. I called Towne from Florida to lease another, by phone this spring, requiring back up camera and navigation. Dealt with Don Marts, this time, since Noel is no longer there. I was told in order to fill my requirements, I would need to move from Sport to Touring, which was fine with me. After picking the car up, having received no explanation about the car, I drove it home. Now found out the navigation was never included that there was no record of my requesting it ( salesman's personal notes). I was told I would have to PURCHASE it. This is NOT a good way to treat a repeat customer. I find it fraudulent and dishonest, to say the least. Safe to say, I am no longer a faithful Towne customer. ** If you have any doubts as per the lack of honesty/integrity of the dealership. simply look at how this review was used out of context on their search page.: What they DID with my review: GH "I bought a Mazda 3 touring two years ago from Noel. Went in on Sat. 6/4/11 and picked up my new Mazda CX9 on Monday morning, 6/6.Everyone from the owner Dan Downing, salesman Jonathan and Barbie in accounting were very helpful in expediting my purchase. Rece Monday morning, 6/6.Everyone from the owner Dan Downing, salesman Jonathan and Barbie in accounting were very helpful in expediting my purchase. Received a good deal from Towne. I returned my lease vehicle from another company to them and received money towards the purchase of my new vehicle in additon to a promotion from Mazda for $500. and 0% for 60 months on the financing. Again, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable of their product. No hard sale or pressure, a very pleasant experience. More
