Beware of racism!!! Guy named Jeff in here would talk all nice but eventually would show his real color. I walk in to see a 2018 CPO Mazda-6 Grand touring car. For the quoted price of ~$23000, it was a steal nice but eventually would show his real color. I walk in to see a 2018 CPO Mazda-6 Grand touring car. For the quoted price of ~$23000, it was a steal. Digging more I see that there is very little they know about the car. CARFAX has only 2 service history and it has visible ugly paint job, looked like a nail polish on top. At the end I still would go for this as its a Certified Pre-Owned. But this Jeff character starts humiliating me right away when I asked him to at least give me washed car. In his words "Either buy the car like a gentleman or leave". At this moment, like anybody with a trace of self respect, I left the building. RACISM was clearly dripping out of his face. If you are person with color AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. More
A previously wrecked CPO Mazda? My husband and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 in May 2019 from Towne Mazda in Redwood City, CA. We were assured that the car had never been in a collision ( we specifically asked this question at the time of purchase). Within 2 weeks time, the paint on the rear bumper began to bubble up, then it started to peel. We brought the car into my local Mazda affiliated collision repair shop and after inspecting the rear end and area behind the bumper, they informed us that the car had been in a previous collision and it would need the entire rear end replaced. After several phone calls to Towne Mazda, letters written by my husband to Mazda USA complaining about the situation, and threatening to take Towne Mazda to court, the bumper and rear panels were replaced under warranty. We then contacted Towne Mazda to say that because the vehicle had been in a collision, and the records now showed that it had had repair work done, we wanted to be compensated for the Diminished Value of the vehicle. They have refused to compensate us. It is our belief that Towne Mazda did the shoddy repair on my vehicle, then sold it as a CPO, without disclosing the fact it had been been in a collision. As I said earlier, we specifically asked the salesman if there had been any repainting of the vehicle, he produced the CarFax that did not show any collision repair. The Salesman, Jason, also promised us that the Infotainment System had been upgraded to the newest system that included Apple Carplay, it hadn’t. After about a week of trying to figure out how to get it to work with my iPhone we were very disappointed to realize that he had lied to us about this, too. The upgrade would cost us $500. As per the 17c Diminished Value calculator, the diminished value of our vehicle was $857. We will never buy another vehicle from Town Mazda, nor will we EVER recommend this business. More

Good management and Service folks I bought a car here 6 months ago. Was generally a good experience. Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news. I I bought a car here 6 months ago. Was generally a good experience. Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news. I had some problem with the person answering the phone. I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager. They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also. They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs. That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen". But these guys surprised me very pleasantly. Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers! More
