Five star treatment to the customer I always have good experience with Toyota service center in different states, this time I went for mandatory free air bag recall, as courtesy they ins I always have good experience with Toyota service center in different states, this time I went for mandatory free air bag recall, as courtesy they inspect my car and informed me what other works are good for my car and their cost, I did not do anything, He (Ayinde) explain me the recommended works in detail. I cannot comment on quality of work as it was something related to AIR bag (not day to day need), But the quality of the treatment I got, it was really amazing, it was 5 star treatment. I had to interact with 4 person yesterday, I was on the Queue person 1 (Ayinde) came and verify my appointment, person 2 request me to approach to other gate where the lane is free, person 3 was helping me to pull in the car till the right destination, I was feeling like parking a aircraft. Person one took my car he did all the paper work, escorted me to the free shuttle, person 4 the shuttle driver he was a nice person too he dropped me at my door stop and pick me up from there after about 4 hours. I took the car from person 1 (Ayinde), he came out of and see me off, I was amazed from his service. This was a free servcie I did not pay anything (2005 Toyota AIR Bag recall). Must visit this service centre (South Blvd, Charlotte, NC) to get 5 start treatment. One more thing, I was not finding the service station and parking my car in front of the sales office, one red car came, parked his car next to my car, came out and asked "Sir, can I help you", after listening to me he showed me the direction to how to reach service station and left the place extremely fast. I am sure he was in very hurry but anticipated that I need help. He saves my time. I am sure the staffs are happy there and that is why they can gladly to provide quality of customer service. Toyota must be taking care of their employees nicely. More
Hey they found the tire leak! Fixed a tire leak that had been giving me trouble for 10 months. Tire rotation John was the nicest associate I have ever dealt with here in over ten years. Professional honest and a gentleman. He opened every door and walked me through the process until I was sadly in my car and in my way home. Chivalry is not lost !!! More

Service manager offered 3 packages ranging from $180 - $270, for BASIC routine maintenance. He later came to waiting room and recommended further service which would have been an additional $535. All this for a car with just under 30,000 miles. For the record, I declined all but the basic service. Also, wait time for this service, with appointment, was over two hours. Dealership in Montgomery, AL, completed similar routine maintenance in about an hour. Not sure I will return for future service. More
