I am very thankful for those who helped me in every way at Toyota Town and Country. If you are reading this review, I hope you will read it all the way through as I tell my story. I have wanted this car since I first rode in it in 2014 when my supervisor took me for a ride in hers in Richmond, but I could never afford it being a single mom paying off debts from my two son’s college and home repairs on an administrative assistant salary. However, I sold my home in VA and moved to NC in June so I had some cash now after I decided to rent rather than buy again. I had hoped for a new Toyota Prius 2, but it just was more than the cash that I could pay and I didn’t want car payments. The lowest cash OTD seemed to be $25,000 new. I had been searching since July in NC, VA and SC...all the same. There was one young lady who kept in touch with me though from Toyota Town and Country -Tricia. She was promoted so I worked with Alex, as I was doing everything by email. Alex reached out to me and we set up an appointment for them to look at my car. I went in on a Saturday three weeks ago and I had the pleasure of meeting the man who truly sold me ....because of who he was....kind, humble and caring....LOUIS E. O’PHARROW. if it weren’t for him and how he treated me that morning, I am sure I may have driven to VA to buy at McGeorge. However, I am loyal to those I know I can trust ....and it is scary buying a new car....when it is your hard-earned money.....but I knew that day that I could trust Louis after my encounter with this humble man who said he was the receptionist when actually, I found out he was a manager. Most people throw around their titles to impress people, but he chose to impress by his actions...which speak louder than words. I have always bought used cars from private owners and never more than $6,000.....so this was a major move and first time from a dealer because of this trust....which is what we all want in any purchase “deal” ...trust that this will benefit both sides not lopsided to one....right? Louis connected me with D’Andre Jackson who was very kind and patient as we discussed my options and showed me a used Prius, but I wasn’t ready to cross over yet to used still holding out for new. Then, he called me about my car....with only 18,000 miles on it, one owner. He sent me the car fax and all details on it so I could print it out and research it...which my son helped me do. I went in this past weekend and really liked it. I had a peace about buying it. After a small amount of negotiation with Alex, D’Andre’s supervisor (Andrew got approval from his supervisor, Todd Grubb), I drove away with a beautiful car with 90-day warranty. Truly, everyone was so kind. This past Wednesday, I also had the pleasure of assistance from Michael Parker and Jack Daly, both very kind men. I have been so blessed to have purchased my car from such trustworthy, reliable people and only 10 minutes from my home. This truly is the nicest car I have ever had and am so excited because Of the gas mileage and the reliability of Toyota itself in cars. I recommend you going to this location if you are interested in a Toyota and if you aren’t yet, look into a Toyota, (Inhope to get a Toyota Tacoma truck, used, one day, too and will go to TOYOTA TOWN AND.
