I said to him that I was listening a noise in the steering well and he didn't want to know about it, so, if anything happens to me, it's going to be Toyota's falt! Also I had scheduled and the service took too long to be done. If I knew that it would be so much time, I had drop my car in the dealer and pick up latter, but nobody told me nothing. Also, little things like the dealer use to give water and ice cream, not anymore. If you want a water you have to buy. Toyota post sales use to be much better, unfortunately now it's decreasing. More

300,000 + miles and counting I use to live just two miles from Town & Country Toyota. I have always taken the three Toyota's I have owned over the years to be serviced there. Now I live 20 miles north of T&C and still take my Tundra there to be serviced. Oh. By the way. I drive past my place of employment and have the shuttle or a friend pick me up to head back the work. Town & Country Toyota has always been top notch when it comes to customer care and maintaining the operation of my 2005 Tundra. They are very specific to letting you know what services your vehicle needs, and making recommendations to future issues down the road. I like the fact that they never try to force you into having something done on your vehicle that can wait till the next service time or two. That really helps spread out the cost of having work done and still maintain proper working order and operation of your vehicle. As long as I own a Toyota and live in the greater Charlotte area I will continue to take my vehicle to Town & Country Toyota. Keep up the great work. Michael B. More
