Very very poor service, please please don't go here, it is totally waste of time. They don't fix things thoroughly. When you call them they talk rudely. Manager is worst in all. They missed one spot and on is totally waste of time. They don't fix things thoroughly. When you call them they talk rudely. Manager is worst in all. They missed one spot and one missing screw, at first sight you can see easily/clearly. When I pointed out, they said it was not part of the estimate but will reach out to your insurance company and my insurance company told me that it is part of the estimate and the Town and Country Toyota has missed those. When I called them(Town and Country Toyota) "no sorry", we will fix it and will let you know when it ready. When I asked when it will be ready, not sure it may take week or weeks. My insurance company asked me to return rental car as this should have fixed. So I was in bad situation without car. In conclusion Town and Country Toyota's Manager and Staff they talked unprofessionally and they do not have sense of customer service. They don't even listen to you. More

Beware: Deceptive Tactics and Price Gouging From start to finish, my recent experience at Town and Country Toyota was full of dishonesty, incompetence, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfact start to finish, my recent experience at Town and Country Toyota was full of dishonesty, incompetence, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. After having my car towed to Town and Country Toyota for a diagnostic, I was met with false promises and misleading information from the employees. Despite their assurance that they would identify and address the issues with my car, I was left waiting for hours, only to be informed that they were unable to complete the diagnostic. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to demand $185 simply to release my car and keys back to me. It required arguing with the sales rep and an escalation to management to receive my keys and to not be charged, for absolutely nothing as they informed me "the diagnostic couldnt be completed" They reason, they claimed, was that my car's key had "suddenly" ceased to function, but they had "tried everything they could, including replacing the battery". To fix this they brazenly attempted to extort $1200 from me for a replacement key. I refused to pay $1200 for a replacement key when my key worked just fine that morning. Lo and behold, a simple trip to Autozone and the purchase of a new $9 key battery proved that their diagnosis was nothing short of a scam. My existing key worked perfectly fine once the battery was replaced. Furious and fed up with their deceitful practices, I promptly retrieved my car and sought assistance elsewhere. To my relief, the reputable professionals at another car shop were able to resolve the issue swiftly and at nearly zero cost. In conclusion, I implore all consumers to steer clear of Town and Country Toyota at all costs. If you've made the mistake of purchasing your car there, NEVER take it back for service. Their flagrant dishonesty, price gouging tactics, and lack of accountability are a disgrace to the automotive industry. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable service center that values honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. More
