Town & Country is a great dealership with both attention to detail, giving the customer a pleasant experience, and a good deal. Toyota distribution system is challenging. Certain combinations of features are not available in some regions. Why the Toyota Corporation lets distributors decide what the customer can have in some regions, when it is available in other regions, makes no sense. Over time, that approach will negatively impact the corporation. More

Not surprised that we ended up with another Toyota addition; our salesman gets a 10+! Salesman excellent—courteous and respectful and attended to all questions. Toyota Corporation . . . not so addition; our salesman gets a 10+! Salesman excellent—courteous and respectful and attended to all questions. Toyota Corporation . . . not so much. The Toyota dealership corporation advertises a 3.9% interest rate; however, once in the financial part of the transaction we were told they actually do not have that rate to offer, even with an excellent credit score. The best they could offer was 9%, again with an excellent credit score. That type of advertising is deceptive, dishonest, and untruthful. Had we known the truth upfront other arrangements could have been made. Very disappointing. More
