Dishonest, unethical and sneaky dealership. I purchased a car a couple weeks ago. Told the salesman and the finance manager that I did NOT want a warranty. They added $3,905 to my loan for a wa I purchased a car a couple weeks ago. Told the salesman and the finance manager that I did NOT want a warranty. They added $3,905 to my loan for a warranty I did not want. When I called and spoke to the General Manager, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not allowing me to speak and pushing blame on me. DO NOT TRUST this dealership. READ everything, do not trust the finance manager. He will interrupt you as you are reading through your paperwork to say "Oh, that just say.... lies lies lies" - Do NOT sign anything electronically. Ask for the print out and make them go over the detailed pricing line by line, make sure you get the itemized invoice. If you do not they will add unwanted services and fee, then push blame on you the customer because "you sign it". You are better off buying else where. Toyota should pull their name from this building. I have never experience such dishonestly and deceitful behavior like this! More

Everyone was very helpful, but the website showed I could buy the car for $32,000 and due to hidden fees, the car actually cost me $35,000. Jake did an excellent job working with us in completing the deal. After the test drive, we even changed our mind on which trim/options and he was able to pivot quickly and still close the deal with us. T the deal.
