Godd service, didn't like dead battery... I was in an accident with my Ford F- 150. Town and Country Ford was the first place I thought of to have the truck repaired. They did an excellent j I was in an accident with my Ford F- 150. Town and Country Ford was the first place I thought of to have the truck repaired. They did an excellent job with it. When I got in the truck to leave, it wouldn't start. They promptly jumped it off, saying the doors were left open during repairs and that it would be charged by the time i got back to work. Several hours later, I went out to start the truck and it took two minutes, but got it started. I ended up having to buy a new battery for the truck. That was irritating, but otherwise the work was excellent, as I knew it would be. More

Not the dealers fault but they had the car for a week with a navigation issues on speaking the street names. Ford tech support claims it’s a software issue and wait for sync update. I have had this issue for a year and alway the same answer after two updates already. Also had Ford performance tune installed tech forget to save the old and new PC3 files so I can never retune to stock. Ford can’t recover the files??? More
