Service was good, the process efficient. Employees were friendly and polite. Will likely continue using T&C Ford for service on y 2020 Ranger. I still have two issues that evidently cannot or will not be friendly and polite. Will likely continue using T&C Ford for service on y 2020 Ranger. Also when open the tailgate is slightly higher than the bed of the truck and causes a problem unloading heavy objects. I have been told there is no adjustment that can be made. My tire went flat this morning beyond repair. I called several Ford places to see if the service dept could get me in to replace the tire; everyone claimed they couldn't help me out. I called Town and Co several Ford places to see if the service dept could get me in to replace the tire; everyone claimed they couldn't help me out. I called Town and Country Ford and although they did not have the tire, they assured me they could get it within an hour. They fit me in, put a new tire on my car, and replaced the rear brakes. These guys are professional and friendly and had the empathy I needed today. It was amazing to have a company go out of their way to help you get back on the road. Definitely top notch service here.
