Terrible service department for EVs. I called 6 weeks ago to get an appointment. They told me that they were backed up and the EV guy wasn't available until today. Had an 8AM appointment I called 6 weeks ago to get an appointment. They told me that they were backed up and the EV guy wasn't available until today. Had an 8AM appointment this morning and the tech couldn't find my appointment, told me they needed the car for the day as a result. 1- Not properly trained on EVs 2- Can't even properly book an appointment 3- For a 20 minute issue they wanted the car overnight. Bill W was a nice guy but simply couldn't get it done. Embarrassing. More
Jonathan was excellent! He kept us up to date on the progress. He also helped us get some touch-up paint and made sure that it was in my car. Plus, he had my car washed! Woke up and realized I had an issue with a switch on my car that was draining the battery dead overnight. We called Town and Country, explain the situation with the car and our need for that vehicle. They found a way to work us into the service department that same morning and got us taken care of. Stephen, our service rep was Amazing! The experience between here and Crossroads is unmistakable - Had a similar circumstance happen last year and took it to Crossroads where the car sat for a week before someone even looked at it, and that didn't happen until I raised xxxx. They just earned my new car business both for me, and for my Business. Thank you Town and Country Ford!!! More
